WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. (KMSP) -

White Bear Lake police need your help finding an 18-year-old Woodbury, Minn. man who is on the autism spectrum, but described as high-functioning.

Kyle Konkler left work at the White Bear Lake Police Department early Thursday afternoon and never returned home. Police are concerned he may get himself into potentially dangerous situations.

Konkler may falsely believe he is in trouble, but police and his family are only concerned with his safe return.

Konkler is known as a "smooth talker" and may convince strangers for help. He knows few people in the area and is poor with directions and likely won't know how to get around.

Konkler was last seen wearing blue jeans, a navy blue t-shirt with a WBLFP Supporters

logo. He is 6 feet tall, 215 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

If you have any information about Kyle Konkler's whereabouts, please contact the White Bear Lake Police Department at 651-429-8511 or your local police department by dialing 911.
