With the WNBA draft two weeks away, the two-time defending Western Conference champions will look to reload with two picks in the first 14 selections. The guard spot seems like a logical place to start after the franchise sent Candice Wiggins to the New York Liberty in exchange for center Janel McCarville. There is little doubt as to the first two names that will be called come April 15th. Britteny Griner will be the first overall pick followed by Notre Dame guard Skylar Diggins. Who might remain once the Lynx select at 12th and 14th is the big question.
Alex Bentley- 5'7 - G – Penn State
A durable defender, Bentley started all but two games during her four year career. She finished her career with 1,500 points, 500 assists and 300 steals.
A'dia Mathies- 5'9 – G – Kentucky
The 2012 SEC Player of the Year, Mathies led Kentucky with 16.1 points, and is one of just three players in Wildcat history to earn 1,000 points, 500 rebounds, 300 assists and 200 steals in a career.
Tayler Hill – 5'10 – G - Ohio State
Hill will most likely be off the board with the Lynx select at 12, but a homecoming for Hill wouldn't be a bad thing. Hill has carried her offensive prowess to Ohio State and averaged a career-high 21.1 points per game this past season to lead the Big Ten.
