Flood warning in effect for southeastern Minn.

DAKOTA COUNTY, Minn. -

Flood warnings are in effect due to melting snow in southeastern Minnesota until 5 p.m. Sunday:

Flood warning is in effect for Dakota, Goodhue, Wabasha counties.

Flood advisory is in effect for Olmsted County.

Excessive runoff from snow melt will cause flooding particularly in rural areas near streams and creeks. Travelers are urged to steer clear of flood waters and to not drive into areas of flooding.
