Target Field is adding more tasty local fare to the concession lineup this season.
Highlights include Mac's Fish and Chips (St. Paul), Sheboygan Sausage Co. (Alexandria, Minn.), Panino's Baked Sandwiches (North Oaks, Minn.) and celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern's AZ Canteen (Minneapolis).
"The Twins will continue to make food and beverage offerings a top priority to enhance the overall game day experience at Target Field," Twins president Dave St. Peter said in a press release. "The high quality products, local favorites and unparalleled selection have played a significant role in making Target Field one of America's greatest sports venues."
Current cuisine the fans know and love will be making a comeback this season, including Kramarczuk's sausages, the Murray's Steak Sandwich, the Valentini's Mega Meatball, the El Burrito Mercado's Walk A Taco and Loon Café Chili.
A vast beverage selection will also continue to be a Target Field mainstay, and they'll be serving up 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey along with a long local craft beer list that now includes Surly, Fulton, Summit, Finnegans and Schell's. At the 573 Bar, fans can enjoy beers from Fulton, Lift Bridge, Granite City and Cold Springs Brewery. Anheuser-Busch remains the official beer partner of the Minnesota Twins.
