GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - An airman assigned to Luke Air Force Base in Glendale is dead after a motorcycle crash.

Base officials say 25-year-old Staff Sgt. Matthew Dennison was involved in a three-vehicle accident Sunday on Interstate 10 in Buckeye.

They say he was transported to Saint Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, where he was later pronounced dead.

Dennison was from Mechanicsburg, Ill., and was an Aircraft Structural Maintenance Journeyman in the 56th Equipment Maintenance Squadron.

Base officials say Dennison entered the Air Force in August 2006 and arrived at Luke in February 2007.
