ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) -
St. Paul woman Panhia Yang, 27, and her brother, Kong Meng Lee, 18, were killed Sunday afternoon in a domestic dispute and died from injuries caused by a sharp object, the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office said.
Police also found Yang's estranged husband, Chue Lor, 31, dead in the apartment, and pin Lor as the suspect in the altercation. Lor's cause of death has yet to be determined.
The couple once shared the apartment, and the St. Paul Pioneer Press says Yang's brother escorted her on Sunday to collect her belongings after Yang requested a police escort but did not wait for the officers.
Officials said Sunday after responding to reports of a fight around 4:30 p.m. that two men and one woman were found dead in the 500 block of Victoria Street North, right off University Avenue between Lexington and Dale avenues.
Four children ages 3 to 9 were inside the home at the time of the slayings, and belong to the couple but were being cared for by Lor's family. None of the children were injured.
