Sales Representative is responsible for evaluating equipment, providing
customer service, promoting company products, as well as managing sales
and inventories. The main goal of the Sales representative is to
generate new business opportunities by cold calling and networking new
prospects to achieve the goal of increasing monthly sales revenues both
on the wholesale and retail side of the business.
Skills: (Problem Solving, Decision Making, Analysis and Judgment)
Provide customer service by handling phone calls, email requests and walkthrough resellers.
Manage the customer's orders by recording and entering information into
the applicable databases, following up with the customers to facilitate
logistics details, handling the financial details including payment and
completion of the proper paperwork.
Conduct sales transactions, adhering to established procedures for
entering orders, collecting warranty information, and cashing out
Close sales and up-sell when possible.
Determine fair market value on equipment to be sold, and keep up to date on changing price points.
Participate on bids opportunities when required.
Promote current rate and promotions throughout clients list as well as
to other potential buyers through newspaper, email, as well as other
forms of media.
Track internal and national inventories to ensure there is a consistent flow of equipment
Perform cycle counts as required
Ability to perform mathematical calculations including measurements
Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
Perform offsite tasks as required
Enter all data accurately as required
