Community Relations Producer/Coordinator

KMSP/WFTC in Minneapolis is looking for a self-starter and organized candidate to be the station point person handling all station related Community Relations video production, campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will be able to bring together digital video production skill and Community Service planning for station campaigns and events. Other responsibilities include working closely with the station sales team to integrate clients, hosting and coordinating partnership meetings, overseeing station community website content, coordinating all community related campaign planning as well as coordinating talent appearances at events.

The successful candidate must possess proven digital media writing and producing skill including: non-linear digital video editing (Avid user a plus), Photoshop, After Effects, some web / social media skill and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skill.

Ideal candidate must be extremely organized, possess strong adaptive skill, and able to multi-task well handling multiple projects at different stages simultaneously. A four year college degree is required. Candidate must be a self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive, creative and passionate to succeed with non-profit and community partners.
