MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -
Additional charges have been filed against the Coon Rapids man accused of videotaping and photographing boys at the Andover YMCA with a wrist watch device.
Robert Minor, 53, is also accused of using the same hidden device in the bathroom at the University of Minnesota's Mariucci Arena.
Minor was charged last Tuesday with multiple counts including stalking a victim under 18, and while he had a software program with sharing capabilities, he was not charged with distribution of any pornographic work involving minors.
According to a criminal complaint, the Mariucci Arena footage was found during a search of Minor's home.
