
An armed robbery at Tall Pines Liquor in Carlton, Minn. prompted quick investigation and arrest on Saturday night.
The robbery went on in a stereotypical fashion as the clerk was approached by suspect Paul Duane Mrosla, 24, wielding a knife. The suspect said, "This is a robbery, give me the money," and the clerk complied, giving him an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect then fled the store later to be located and identified at a residence in Carlton. He was booked at Carlton County jail on charges of aggravated robbery, 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats.
He is in custody awaiting formal charges.
