MANKATO, Minn. (KMSP) -
Highway 169 is now back open to traffic between Mankato and St. Peter after the southbound lanes were closed due to flooding.
About six inches of water was reported on the roadway. Minnesota Department of Transportation crews said frozen drainage pipes caused the high water.
