Man charged with videotaping minors arrested again

Posted: Updated:
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

There are new charges against a man accused of videotaping boys inside a YMCA locker room last week.

Now police are saying he's done this before - at the University of Minnesota's Mariucchi Arena.

Robert Dennis Minor, 53, is accused of using a wrist watch camera to videotape a young boy using the restroom during a men's Gopher hockey game back in December of 2011.

U of M police arrested minor Thursday, and he's charged with felony interference with privacy.

This came to light after Minor was charged by Anoka County earlier this week for several sexual offenses involving underage boys.

He was arrested after a 12-year-old boy at the Andover YMCA reported him for using the same wrist watch to tape him getting dressed in the locker room.

Minor faces six criminal charges in Anoka County, and now this addition charge in Hennepin County.

He is currently in jail, with bail set at $75,000.
