CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
Justin Bieber turned 19 years old this week. Is it possible his best days are behind him?
Bieber is having a bit of a rough-stretch in London. He's there for a series of concerts and the British press is having a field day. One article out Tuesday is titled: "Five signs that Justin Bieber could be losing it."
Bieber has had several mishaps and is also making headlines in America. As USA Today reads: "Justin Bieber apologizes to angry fans." Bieber was late getting on stage Monday night which angered many fans. They booed loudly as the wait dragged on. They say Bieber was supposed to start at 8:30 p.m. but didn't come on until almost 10:30 p.m.
There are a few problems with that. First, the trains don't run real late in London so by the time Bieber started, a lot of fans had to choose between the concert and being able to get home. Not wanting to be stranded, many had to leave. Most of Bieber's fans are young and it was a school night. By the time Bieber got on stage, a lot of their parents were waiting in the parking lot saying it was time to go and they had to leave.
"I didn't even get to see him because I have to get back home and it takes like an hour to get home," one fan said.
Another fan said, "a little girl in front of me fell fast asleep. Her dad took her home. People were booing."
"I'm totally and utterly disgusted," someone else commented. "We were all fans. And now we hate him. A disgrace."
Then, there was a scuffle at a nightclub while he celebrated his 19th birthday. An insider told US Weekly that he tried to bring along Will Smith's under-aged son into the club and a confrontation with security ensued. He ended up tweeting "Worst Birthday" and got skewered in the media.
Do you think, at 19, Biebs' best days could be behind him -- or is a rough stretch like this just part of living, learning, and growing up? Please tell us your thoughts on our Facebook page.
