MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

It didn't happen until the fourth quarter, but the Miami Heat pulled away with a victory at the Target Center that built to a 15-win streak and set a franchise record.

Wolves forward Derrick Williams has averaged 20.5 points and 10 boards in the last four games and had 25 points Monday night, but Dwayne Wade ran the floor with 32 points. LeBron James contributed 20 and Ray Allen had 13 on the night.

After a 3-pointer by Alexey Shved brought the Wolves within three points with 10 minutes to go in the fourth, J.J. Barea was ejected after a physical match with Ray Allen, and the final eight minutes were left to the Heat to close out the night.
