When it comes to traffic, crime, taxes, you name it, we all have an opinion. But come Election Day, only 15% of us or so will actually show up
to do anything about it because the only thing we can do is vote people we
think will make a difference into office. Sometimes, we vote only to vote people out of office but hey, at least we show
up.
Here in LA, there are 8 candidates on the ballot for Mayor, plus an additional
4 certified write-in candidates, which basically means we won't have a winner
tomorrow and a million more trees will die for campaign fliers for a May
run-off.
Unless we all show up. Now wouldn't that give a whole new meaning to March Madness?
