Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton says he doesn't feel the need to reopen the Vikings stadium bill after the state budget office said electronic pull tabs are on pace to collect just half of their projected revenue.

Electronic pull tab revenue to pay for the Vikings stadium has only brought in $1.9 million so far – well short of the projected $17 million. Minnesota Management and Budget now projects pull tab revenue for fiscal year 2014-15 to be $46 million less than the already-grim November forecast.
