ATLANTA (AP) - Fulton County Sheriff's officials say a gunman is in custody after shooting his cousin at a family gathering after a funeral.
Fulton County Sheriff's Sgt. Scott McBride told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://bit.ly/V6y6lz ) the cousins were arguing over the volume of music being played at the gathering before the shooting Tuesday.
McBride says the man, whose identity has not been released, was shot in his abdomen and was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital. Officials were unsure of the man's condition Tuesday night.
