Straight Teen Bullied For Being Called 'Gay' Fights Back

Posted: Updated:
Los Angeles, CA -

School bullies have been around forever, but social networking has intensified the problem. And victims say because of that, there's just no escape.

FOX 11 Investigative Producer Heidi Cuda spoke to a 13-year-old boy who says he was violently bullied for being gay -- and that his school did nothing about it.

Then an email went out to staff and students calling him "Gay" and "Fat." And there were other words we can't say on here.

Then, in his junior high yearbook, right next to his name, it's printed: "He's gay."

Except, he's not gay.

He says his entire life was devastated.

Reading through the court documents, reps for the school imply that the school doesn't have legal responsibility for the bullying, the email and being called gay in the yearbook.
