
The pilot of a small plane died in a crash Wednesday evening near Parker's Prairie in western Minnesota.
Otter Tail County sheriff's deputies were called to the scene around 6:30 p.m. after a man heard the plane crash and found the single-engine Moule MXT-7 Starcraft on his property off County Highway 40.
The pilot, identified as 41-year-old Adam Menze of Ottertail, Minn., was flying alone.
The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the cause of the crash.
