Clinical Hypnotherapist Colin Christopher - KMSP-TV

For almost 15 years, Colin Christopher has performed in front of over 250,000 people throughout North America. Christopher's background in hypnosis started in his early teens when he was training as a competitive athlete. His coaches used hypnosis to help him visualize and improve his performance. He was injured in a childhood accident and was unable to continue as a competitive athlete. Instead of suffering through constant pain, Christopher searched for ways to come to terms with his chronic injury and heal himself. He discovered hypnosis as his calling and began training to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Christopher's hypnotherapy has helped people lose weight, quit smoking, and overcome losing streaks within sports. While hypnosis makes for a great performance, Christopher says anyone can apply some of the same 'mind-over-matter' techniques used by hypnothearpists to help achieve all kinds of personal goals.
