In the Kitchen: PB&J Juicy Lucy

  • 2 quarter pound burgers
  • 1 oz American cheese
  • 2 oz Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 oz Strawberry Jam


  1. Start with 1 quarter pound of raw burger and flatten it out on a hard surface
  2. Take 1 oz of American Cheese, 2 oz of creamy peanut butter, and 2 oz of strawberry jam and layer it in the center of the burger
  3. Fold the second quarter pound burger around cheese, peanut butter, and strawberry jam and shape into a patty
  4. Place The PB & J Juicy Lucy on flat top grill and cook until medium well.
  5. Place the bottom of the bun on the plate, layer The PB & J burger, and then spread a spoonful of strawberry jam on the burger. Top with a burger bun.
