Smack Shack Lobster Boil

Lobster Boil

In a pot - bring to a rolling boil:

1 g water

2 T old bay seasoning

1 T kosher salt

1 med onion, rough chopped

In a mesh bag place

1 1/2 pound lobster

5 small red potatoes

1 ear corn on the cob

1 andouille sausage

Boil approximated 8 - 12 minutes

Serve with Old Bay Butter

Old Bay butter-

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 onion- minced

2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 tsp salt

lightly saute garlic and onions, Old Bay, and salt

melt in 1/2 pound butter

*Old Bay Butter can also be used as a solid to butter griddled milk bread
