4 tsp sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
3/4 tsp vanilla
6 tbs all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Grease bottom of 4- 6 oz ramekins (or large muffin cups) Sprinkle bottoms of greased ramekins with 1 oz sugar and place on baking sheet. Set aside. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave-safe bowl. Stir in powdered sugar then eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour, vanilla and salt. Scoop batter into ramekins. Bake at 400 deg for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes. Slide knife around the side of the lava cake, turn upside down onto the plate. Edges should be firm, but the center will be runny.
2 parts Amarretto di sorrono
2 parts Frangelico
1 part Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 partt Bailey's
Directions:
Swirl Hershey's chocolate syrup inside of a martini glass. Pour ingredients into a shaker, shake well and pour into glass.
