Love is in the air! Get Valentine's Day started early with a screening of "Casablanca" and a singles brunch at Nellcote. Also, where to watch the Grammys and where to celebrate Chinese New Year, all from Time Out Chicago's Marissa Conrad.

Guests at the West Side conservatory can groove with the UChicago Dragon Dance Club once they've learned the traditional steps. Those with two left feet should stick to searching for symbols of good fortune and other New Year's themes on a self-guided scavenger hunt through the plant house. Crafty kids can make their own dancing dragon at this Year of the Snake soiree; they'll love the souvenir.
