Section 6AA race should be a fun watch

I love this timeof year as the high school teams race toward the finish of their regularseasons and head to the playoffs. There isn't a better place to be to watch thegirls hockey playoffs than Parade Ice Garden and there isn't a section in thestate that will boast better games.

Top ranked and two time defending state champ Minnetonka may have the topoverall seed but they are far from a sure thing to advance to St. Paul as theyhave the past two seasons. In their way are the Red Knights of Benilde-St.Margaret's, Hopkins Buffalo and Wayzata. Five teams all with a legitimateopportunity to skate to state will make the semi-finals something special nextWednesday night, but Saturday boasts four quarterfinal games beginning at noonwith the top ranked Skippers against North Metro
