After days of sub-zero temperatures and a dusting of snow last night, more is on the way.
Similar to Friday night, expect a slow and steady snow to drop an additional inch in the southwest portion of the state tonight, clipping the metro area.
Sunday night could bring an additional 1 to 2 inches of snow in some areas.
It did not take much for the roads to get slick Friday night, causing many car accident and spin outs. There will be lots of cars on the road the weekend with the St. Paul Winter Carnival, the Loppet Ski Festival in Minneapolis and the Super Bowl on Sunday, so stay tuned to Fox 9 News and myfox9.com for the latest weather condition.
