The No. 23 Gophers men's basketball team stoppedtheir four game conference losing streak on Tuesday night with an 84-65 winover Nebraska.
"We had a good game plan for tonight. We were able to make some shots early onand get in that press. I think that was a key to the game. Obviously, RodneyWilliams really coming out focused always kind of sets a good tone for ourteam, showing good leadership, not trying just to score, but in a lot of ways.He was very active and engaged. We made some adjustments in our offense to tryto get him the ball early and it paid off. We need to work on our defense, butwe played pretty good tonight."
Williams scored 23 points in the win while Andre Hollins scored 14 and Austin Hollinsadded 13 and five assists.
The Gophers host Iowa on Sunday afternoon.
