LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge who previously scolded and sent Lindsay Lohan to jail is scheduled to weigh in on the actress' latest court case over charges of reckless driving and lying to police.
The 26-year-old has been ordered to appear at a scheduling hearing Wednesday before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner.
Lohan is accused of lying to police about driving a sports car that crashed into a dump truck in June, of reckless driving and of obstructing officers from performing their duties.
Sautner previously sentenced Lohan to jail and house arrest and warned the actress in March to stop partying.
Lohan was on probation at the time of the accident and could face 245 days in jail if Sautner determines she violated her sentence at a later hearing.
