Atlanta police are looking for a man behind a string of armed robberies along Atlanta's most famous road. There have been at least eight holdups at businesses on Peachtree Road in Buckhead in less than a month.
Surveillance footage shows the man pull a gun and then taking a phone call mid-robbery at a Subway.
"I heard the bell ring when somebody came in, but didn't pay much attention until he said ‘Don't move,' and I was like, ‘What are you talking about? Don't move?' And when I looked up, the gun was pointed in my face," said Shaquandra Moore, an employee at the Subway restaurant.
Police say the routine is just about the same every time -- he strolls in, shows the gun and then demands that cash be put in a plastic bag.
"He is very casual. He seems to have done this several times before. He's not nervous at all," said Sgt. P. Spann of the Atlanta Police Department.
Moore said that he came back in and ordered a sandwich less than a week after he robbed the restaurant.
"Yes, he came back in. I know it sounds crazy, but he came back in -- I don't know what he was looking for," said Moore.
Police said the man could also be connected to more crimes down the road in DeKalb County.
Anyone with information on the robberies is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
