Manufacturing Production Supervisors

Scaletta Armoring, a specialty automotive remanufacturer seeks production supervisors.

Position includes: (1) optimizing plant production and output; (2) coordinating production, tooling, equipment, personnel, and materials; (3) managing production personnel; (4) interacting with union representative; (5) forecasting material needs; (5) reading and building to prints; (6) leading, managing, and monitoring continuous improvement operations based on safety, quality, efficiency, and/or cost restraints.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements: 5+ years of relevant manufacturing/assembly experience. Knowledge and experience with engineered products, prints, MRP software, AutoCad, etc. a plus. Proven ability to work effectively with people to meet applicable quality, delivery, and cost goals. Proven ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks. Proven ability to implement continuous improvements and cost reductions.

**MUST HAVE OR BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A U.S. SECURITY CLEARANCE**

Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
