A television show about ice fishing might not sound all that exciting to many Minnesotans, but a production company is hoping reality television fans will bite.
Beginning this weekend, Jupiter Entertainment and True-TV will start filming the pilot for a reality show centered on Lake Mille Lacs and Fisherman's Wharf Resort in Isle, Minn.
A camera crew will be in the area for nine days gathering footage, and a fishing tournament will take place over the weekend that they hope to capture.
Producers say they are looking for as many "colorful" characters on the lake as possible.
