Elliot Park shooting victim calls police for help

One person was shot early Tuesday morning on Chicago Avenue, just south of downtown Minneapolis.

The shooting was reported at 3 a.m. on the 1500 block of Chicago Ave., in the Elliot Park neighborhood. Police said the victim walked home and called police after being shot.

There are reports a car fled the scene of the shooting.

Police are looking for suspects.
