Man jumps from Minnesota courthouse balcony to avoid urine test - KMSP-TV

A man accused of misdemeanor theft jumped from a second story balcony at the Dakota County Courthouse in an attempt to avoid taking a urine test.

Police said the 22-year-old Hastings, Minn. man was being escorted upstairs for drug testing when he ran away, jumped off the balcony and landed on his face.

The man was taken to a hospital with a broken arm, bruises and a possible broken bone in his face.
