Two substantial CPS vendors under ethical investigation

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
Two of Chicago Public Schools' largest vendors are being investigated for significant ethical lapses.
Still, the inspector general's report said they may be too large to ban from district business.
The report goes on to say that the inspector general recommended that CPS appoint a monitor over such large vendors, but that recommendation was ignored.
