
For millions of people, the last couple of years have been marked by an ongoing process of dealing with banks as they fought foreclosure. Now, nearly a dozen banks are paying the price, but some say it's not enough.
Nearly two dozen banks will pay out $20 billion back to some people who had their homes foreclosed on after regulators accused them of charging excessive and improper fees as well as foreclosing on borrowers while they were undergoing loan modifications.
Anti-foreclosure advocate Nick Espinosa joined FOX 9 News to discuss the settlement and why he thinks it isn't enough.
