Hit-and-run injures pedestrian outside Red Carpet nightclub in St. Cloud

A 27-year-old man from Waite Park, Minn. was injured in a hit-and-run crash early Monday morning outside of the Red Carpet nightclub in St. Cloud, Minn.

According to St. Cloud police, the crash happened just before 2:30 a.m. in front of the club on 5th Avenue S. The four-door, maroon 1994 Ford Taurus that was involved in the crash was abandoned in the middle of the road. The driver has not been identified.

The victim was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
