Police are searching for a 28-year-old man missing since Monday.
Eric Fortman was last seen Monday in the 6700 block of South Jeffrey Boulevard, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
Fortman is 5-foot-6, 110 pounds, with blue eyes, red hair, and a light complexion, according to the alert. He frequents the area of 71st Street and Jeffrey Boulevard.
Jeffrey suffers from partial kidney failure. Anyone with information should contact Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8380.
