
1 half pound angus beef patty
Kosher salt
Cracked plack pepper
1 Fresh bakery bun
2 slices of bacon
4 oz maple syrup
One yellow onion
1 egg
1 c buttermilk
3 oz liquid butter
4 oz hashbrowns
1 slice aged cheddar cheese
Onion String Flour
2.5 c flour
2 tbls garlic powder
1.5 tbls onion powder
1 tbls cayenne pepper
2tbls kosher salt
1.5 tsp black pepper
One half pound angus patty seasoned with salt, cooked to your liking.
Brown hashbowns in hot pan seasoned with salt, pepper and butter. Cook to crisp.
Heat maple syrup and two strips of bacon in a saute pan with a pinch of fresh cracked black pepper, reduce to one half Butter and toast both sides of hamburger bun.
Thinly slice yellow onions, soak in buttermilk then dredge in onion string flour. Fry to light brown and crispy.
To build burger start with bottom side of bun, add burger patty, melt once slice of aged cheddar cheese on patty, then maple bacon and one ounce of syrup from pan, add hash browns. Finish with over medium egg, a pile fried onion strings and top half of bun.
