You've probably heard of "Dancing with the Stars," and FOX 9's own Heidi Collins is taking part in a similar competition in the metro in the hopes that practice will make perfect for a good cause.
Rehearsals are still in the early stages, but Collins has been asked to compete in the fourth annual "Dancing for the Cause" with Arthur Murray Dance Studios.
Watch the video for a sneak peek.
Twin Cities celebrities practice for months before the competition kicks off on Feb. 22 at the Marriott City Center, and Collins and her professional partner, Alex, are dancing to benefit the non-profit "Tee It Up for the Troops."
A panel of judges will choose one winner, and a second winner will be chosen by how many ballots were cast for the dancer that evening. Each ballot costs $5.
