For 50 years, there's been a major department store in the heart of downtown St. Paul -- but the end of an era is coming soon. FOX 9 News spoke with Mayor Chris Coleman what's next for the site.
First it was Dayton's, then it was Marshall Field's, and it's Macy's -- for now. The Wabasha Street store will close its doors in the spring, but Coleman told FOX 9 News he thinks the move reflects a nationwide trend of shifting downtowns.
