TUCSON, Ariz. -
You can't smoke indoors in any public places in Arizona, but in one southern county, there's no smoking anywhere that's county land.
The new law is now in effect in Pima County. It was passed by the Board of Supervisors back in November.
For visitors and employees who smoke, in the downtown Tucson complex, the ban means a slightly longer walk -- because they can't smoke in the areas between the county buildings.
Community centers are also included in the ban, but smoking in the city-owned Presidio Park is allowed.
