HABERSHAM COUNTY, Ga. -
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says a Habersham County boy who was the subject of a Levi's Call was located early Friday morning. The GBI did not say where 5-year-old Roy Ivan Montesinos III was found.
The Habersham County County Sheriff's Office says the boy is well and has been returned to his mother. They say the person accused of abducting the 5-year-old, Roy Ivan Montesinos II, 25, is in custody.
According to authorities, the boy had been abducted on Thursday.
