Suspect Arrested In Lancaster Teen Girl's Sex Assault

A suspect in the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in Lancaster has been arrested by Sheriff's deputies.
Detectives said 30-year-old Charles James attacked the girl on December 13 as she walked to school in the 2000 block of East Avenue J-8.
The girl told officers she noticed the suspect following her. He then dragged the girl into some bushes and sexually attacked her repeatedly, according to detectives..
