Carolers take to streets of SW Atlanta

ATLANTA -

Christmas carolers took to the streets to spread Christmas cheer throughout southwest Atlanta on Monday.

Former Atlanta City Councilman Derrick Boazman and members of the United Youth-Adult Conference went door-to-door singing to senior citizens.

The group also sang Noels to bring comfort to the family of a 2-year-old that was killed in a drive-by shooting earlier this year.

This is the 25th year the organization spent Christmas Eve spreading cheer to the elderly and others too sick to leave their home.
