MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

A crash on Interstate 35W at 50th Street early Wednesday morning was followed by two more crashes that jammed northbound traffic, south of downtown Minneapolis.

The first crash happened during the 6 a.m. hour on 35W at 50th. That was followed by a crash at the 35W and Crosstown Highway 62 junction, and another at 35W and Diamond Lake Road.

The road was mostly cleared by 7:30 a.m.
