St. Cloud man dies after being hit by taxi

A St. Cloud man died from injuries he sustained when he was struck by a cab. Timothy Martin was crossing the street outside of the crosswalk when he was struck by a Tuxedo Taxi Cab driven by Dylan Gnoinsky of St. Cloud. The accident caused Martin to fall, striking the back of his head on the roadway.

Martin was treated at the scene and transported to St. Cloud Hospital where he later passed away from the injuries he sustained. Gnoinsky is not facing any criminal charges from the accident.
