Ingredients for one roll:

  • 4.5 Ounces of sushi rice
  • 1 Sheet of Nori

Inside

  • 1 Ounce of Habanero Masago
  • 2 Pieces of Shrimp Tempura
  • 1 Small Bunch of Kaiware (Radish Sprouts)
  • 1 Long thin slice of Yamagobo (Pickled Burdock)

Outside

  • 2 Ounces of Scottish Salmon
  • 2 Tablespoons of Spicy Kaibashira (Scallop Mix)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Green Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Unagi Sauce
