- 4.5 Ounces of sushi rice
- 1 Sheet of Nori

- 1 Ounce of Habanero Masago
- 2 Pieces of Shrimp Tempura
- 1 Small Bunch of Kaiware (Radish Sprouts)
- 1 Long thin slice of Yamagobo (Pickled Burdock)
Outside
- 2 Ounces of Scottish Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons of Spicy Kaibashira (Scallop Mix)
- 2 Tablespoons of Green Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Unagi Sauce
