No one in Minnesota struck the jackpot in Wednesday night's $588 million, but someone in Winona County still has a million reasons to celebrate.
Someone bought a ticket matching all five numbers but missing the all-important Powerball.
The winner has not yet come forward, but whoever holds the winning ticket must go down to the Minnesota State Lottery headquarters in Roseville.
There is another $2 million in unclaimed Powerball prizes in the state as well. In April, someone bought a million-dollar ticket in Rice County. On Nov. 14, someone else picked up a million-dollar Powerball ticket in Hennepin County.
