St. Cloud Technical College student dies in fire

A man found dead in a St. Cloud house fire has been identified as a 23-year-old Kyle Kopischke, a student at St. Cloud Technical College.

According to St. Cloud police, Kopischke was found dead in a house on 8th Ave. S. around 3:30 a.m. Saturday. He was renting the house with a 22-year-old who was treated and released from the hospital.

Kopischke is from Comfrey, Minn.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
