525 crashes, two deaths on Minn. roads over Thanksgiving weekend

The Minnesota State Patrol reported 525 crashes and two deaths over the Wednesday through Sunday night Thanksgiving travel weekend.

A head-on crash Wednesday night near Clara City, Minn. killed 29-year-old Jesse Tollackson of Dawson, Minn.

Friday evening, a Pelican Rapids, Minn. couple lost control of their car on Highway 32 near Rolag, Minn. 87-year-old Eileen Johnson died after the car went into water and submerged. 83-year-old Ervin Johnson was taken to the hospital in Fargo to be treated for hypothermia.
